SOUTH RESTAURANT
Santa Monica, CA

Located along Wilshire Boulevard in Santa Monica, the project was the transformation of an existing restaurant into a hip, new bar. Simple modifications to allow for a more open, flowing plan and updates to finishes were implemented to completely change the space and identify with a younger clientele. Improvements included removing the existing perimeter glazing which allowed for both greater connection to the street from the inside and view into the energetic and bustling interior from the outside.
