MySpace has retained oKB to re-design a number of casual areas throughout all four floors of their headquarters, including interior and exterior spaces, and look to re-organize departmental adjacencies. In looking to capitalize on communal interaction, informal collaborative areas focus on both character and atmosphere which is more eclectic and diverse to reflect their evolving corporate ethos. From lounging outdoor terrace seating to working ‘bars’ embedded within open work space, the emphasis has been to foster creative dialogue and stimulate development across multiple cultural fields represented within the web-based social portal.
