The project was a renovation of an existing suited office into a new creative office space in a mid-rise building. By a strategic re-use of existing private offices and insertion of open working areas, the intention was to foster a dynamic work atmosphere through minimal means. Large sidelights and interior private offices allowed for natural light to penetrate deep into the space. Informal meeting areas are dispersed through the open floor plan encouraging collaboration and quick conversations. A centralized ‘red-carpet screening room’ also functions as a large meeting room.
