TWO RESIDENCES
Palm Springs, CA
This project is located in a controlled Architectural
Community designed by Architect Albert Frey. The Lot and community are
one of the few developed on the surrounding mountain sides. The Lot overlooks
downtown Palm Springs and is adjacent to Albert Frey's famous Frey II
house which is now the property of the Palm Springs Art Museum. The Lot
originally had two houses on it, of which only one remained after they
were tied together in the past. The goal was to redevelop on the site
where the one house was demolished while adding a second floor to an existing
Frey house.
