Located in a beach side neighborhood on the edge of Malibu, this house has 180 degree views of the Ocean. The side yard was converted from an unused trash area to an outdoor extension of the house. An outdoor shower for the post-surf wash down, along side a herb garden, BBQ bench, firepit lounge and a new trash/recycling area.

A small office space and wine storage was carved out of the existing living area. The Master Closet and Bathroom were separated to accommodate a more efficient use of space and light.
