LAKE ENCINO

Located in a hillside community of Lake Encino, the house was originally part of a tract development in the 1970's. It is a one storey, approximately 4,000 sf ranch style house located on a sizable lot.

The project included an exterior refacing and an interior reconfiguration. New landscaping and hardscaping strategies to be implemented in the near future.
