Located on a corner Lot, accessibility to natural light and privacy were the primary concerns for how the house would interact with the street. The two exterior forms expressing the interior structure interlock to create a two story central space allowing Northern light to penetrate to the Ground Floor.

On the interior, strict Feng Shui guidelines were used to inform the relationships between hierarchical spaces, the family and their orientation on the site.
