CLIFFTOP ADDITION

This project is located on the edge of the Santa Monica Mountain Conservancy in Topanga Canyon, Malibu. It has views both of the mountains and ocean. The proposal was to remove the existing 1-storey portion of the house and replace it with a new 2-storey structure with the Kitchen, Dining and Living all in one room open to the outdoors. The Master Suite on the Upper floor connecting to the existing bedrooms via a smalll bridge.
