This section of West Adams District is primarily a thorough fare for those taking a shortcut downtown. Buildings are old and turn their back to the street. A wave of creative spaces are developing due to lower rents and adjacency to Culver City. The goal of this project was to establish the first new creative development in the area. Parking was the main driver of the form of the building since the site is small and an odd shape. The building is raised on columns and the offices are on the First and Second Floors with open parking on the Ground.
