Old Ranch Golf & Country Club is a privately held club. The Owner was interested in upgrading the member facilities and the image of the club overall. The program was to include a Fitness and spa facility, expanded banquet facility, residential overnight suites, and a new exterior pool and restaurant area. oKB was commissioned to explore a Master Plan at the conceptual level, to assist the Owner in determining possibilities for future expansion and upgrades.
